Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Our client is a fast-growing digital agency that helps doctors and medical professionals enhance their digital presence through strategic design, patient-focused storytelling, and high-performance website development. They specialize in working with private practices, clinics, and healthcare providers to create premium, design-led digital experiences that build trust and drive patient growth.

They’re currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their remote team and support their expansion through cold calling and lead qualification.


Need to Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven success in high-volume B2B sales, consistently exceeding quotas
     
  • 1+ year of experience using CRM, with a focus on managing contacts, tasks, and pipeline activities
     
  • Demonstrated ability to make 50+ daily cold calls to U.S.-based prospects, initiating meaningful conversations with decision-makers
     
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
     
  • Excellent organizational skills and a track record of maintaining clean and up-to-date CRM records
     
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week (9 hours daily, Mon–Fri, between 8 AM–7 PM EST)

  • Familiarity with creative or digital agency services (e.g. branding, web design, digital strategy)
     
  • Experience selling into small business or startup environments
     
  • Prior exposure to industries such as tech, wellness, or consumer brands
     
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of initiative and ownership over daily goals

Other Areas We’ll Consider:
  • Comfortable with objection handling and following structured cold call scripts
     
  • Experience managing a large volume of opportunities in a consistent and methodical sales pipeline
     
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to take feedback and apply it in real time

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 50+ outbound cold calls daily to connect with business owners, founders, and marketing leads
     
  • Qualify prospects and uncover needs related to branding, web development, or digital strategy
     
  • Occasionally send personalized follow-up emails to reinforce phone conversations when appropriate
     
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of 150+ opportunities weekly using a CRM
     
  • Book 3–5 qualified appointments per week through consistent cold outreach and structured follow-up
     
  • Execute touchpoint strategies across your pipeline, ensuring no lead is left behind
     
  • Keep all activity accurately documented and organized within the CRM
     
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach techniques and improve overall performance
