Our client helps businesses grow through paid social (Meta & TikTok) media buying, creative strategy and creative production. They focus on driving new customers, improving revenue, and delivering clear, measurable results.They are currently looking to hire a Paid Ads manager to join their currently expanding team.Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of customer acquisition and ROAS-focused campaign strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make real-time optimizations.
- Experience working with eCommerce brands or direct-to-consumer (DTC) clients is a plus.
- Solid understanding of creative testing frameworks, audience targeting, and funnel strategy.
- Proficiency in ad platform tools and reporting dashboards (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for a variety of client accounts.
- Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to develop and test ad creatives that convert.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, bids, and audiences to improve KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and CTR.
- Build and present performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in paid social.
- Contribute to broader growth strategies by sharing insights on ad performance, audience behavior, and creative trends.
- Support onboarding and scaling of new client accounts, including account structure setup and initial testing frameworks.
