Need to have qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize 7–10 active accounts simultaneously.
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $6k–$8k per account.
- Deep understanding of campaign structure, keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Ability to execute across various verticals (healthcare, niche CPG, SaaS, and others).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Ads reporting, data analysis, and conversion tracking setup.
- Solid experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal team collaboration.
- Full availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, fully aligned with Eastern Time Zone (ET).
Nice to have:
- Experience managing multiple ad platforms beyond Google Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Familiarity with lead generation funnels and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Google Ads certifications.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, or other project management tools.

- Ability to build, monitor, and optimize campaigns without constant oversight.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset when performance dips.
- Comfortable proposing test strategies and budget shifts based on performance data.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Fully manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across 7–10 client accounts.
- Build campaigns from scratch, including keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and conversion tracking setup.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maintain KPIs.
- Analyze data and performance reports to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Proactively create testing plans to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall account efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign changes, optimizations, and performance reports.
- Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices.
